Q. How much does it cost to attend?
A. $1,695.00 is the base price for single attendees. Early Bird discounts are offered for each workshop. The Early Bird price is $1,495.00.
It pays to plan early, the best prices can be obtained by planning for your team members to attend one or more virtual workshop before the first one on February 4 – 6, 2020.
For larger organizations, we offer Enterprise licenses to allow large teams to attend these workshops from the convenience of their offices. This cuts down on the cost corporate T&E, and gives you the flexibility to customize the training of an entire department.

Q. How do I Pay?
A. You have two options to pay for your registration: credit card or company check.
Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. “Innovative Publishing” is the merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement.
Company Check: On the Registration form, select Check and follow the directions. Payment must be received prior to the event. Email us if you need an invoice generated for the registration. If your organization requires it, Innovative Publishing Co. Inc. is a women-owned US corporation. Email us if you need Innovative Publishing Co. Inc.’s tax ID. or a W-9 emailed to you.
Q. What happens if I miss the event?
Shortly after the event, you will receive an email with a link to the archive. There are no refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellations must be made via email. Should you not be able to attend the conference, you may have someone else from your organization take your place or use your registration fee as credit towards a future MedTech Intelligence event. If these options are not possible, you can receive a refund of the registration fee less a 20% processing fee up until 7 business days prior to the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the conference or for “no-shows” to the conference.
Q. Can I ask questions to the speakers?
A: Yes! As a virtual attendee, you will type your questions into a chat dialog box and the moderator will read it out loud to the speakers.

The new EU Medical Devices Regulation (EU MDR) will profoundly affect the medical device market in Europe. Implementation deadlines are rapidly approaching. Companies that have not already made significant progress in planning and preparation may be at risk of losing EU product registrations. With notified bodies and consultants understaffed and overcommitted, help will be hard to find.
